Welcome to Luxxa.io ("Luxxa", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Luxxa. By using this service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify your age and deny access if you do not meet this criterion.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You may not share your account or allow others to access it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse our systems; share content involving minors in any sexual context; impersonate another person; or resell access to the service.

4. AI-Generated Content

All characters on Luxxa are fictional AI personas. Conversations are generated by artificial intelligence and do not represent real people. Content generated by AI is provided for entertainment purposes only.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any original text you input. AI-generated responses, images, and videos are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute generated content at scale.

7. Limitation of Liability

Luxxa is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Luxxa.io ("Luxxa") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

We collect: your email address and display name (from signup or Google sign-in); chat messages (stored on our servers to maintain conversation history); usage data (pages visited, features used); and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide and improve the service; maintain your chat history across sessions; process payments; send important account notifications; and detect and prevent abuse.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Firebase (authentication), Stripe (payments), OpenRouter (AI chat processing — your messages are sent to generate responses), and Fal.ai (image/video generation). These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use HTTPS encryption, Firebase Authentication, and server-side API key protection. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. You may export your chat history at any time through the app.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Age Requirement

Luxxa is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a user is under 18, we will delete their account immediately.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as needed. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above.
